Wilson B. Nkosi (born April 24, 1975) is a 47-year-old South African copywriter, artist, on-air personality, and Disk Jockey. Getting a job on the urban radio station Metro FM rose him to prominence.
The SABC-owned national radio station Metro FM is one of the best long-serving stations in South Africa. It was first broadcast in 1986 and has continued to set the pace for other stations.
Wilson is also a freelance writer and has earned a fortune from his work so far. He has also appeared on screen as a television presenter.

Early Life
Wilson B. Nkosi was born on April 24, 1975, and hails from a small town in Mpumalanga called Piet Retief. He had most of his childhood experience in Swaziland.

Career
After he finished with his studies, the on-air personality submitted his application at Metro FM.
The SABC-owned national radio station invited him for an audition. He attended and impressed those in charge which eventually earned him the job.
Wilson B. Nkosi got employed as the radio’s Disk Jockey in 1986, making him Metro FM’s first deejay. Working with the radio station gained his experience, exposure, and more job opportunities.
Later, other jobs came knocking and he got employed as a television presenter. The talented deejay featured in a Studio mix when Bob Mabena was absent.
In 1992, he became one of the first presenters of the show Jam Alley. He has also tried out acting and appeared in some local drama series like Soul City. He displayed superb acting skills after casting in season eight of the show as Sheriff.
Apart from acting and deejaying, Wilson B. Nkosi is a freelance writer. He has worked for many organizations on freelance. The on-air personality founded an agency – Wilson B. Nkosi communication.
The main aim of the agency, founded in 1995, is to write and produce commercials for television and radio.
