The information you provide should be in English Language and contain the following:
1. Evidence that you own the contact or act on the owner’s behalf.
2. Indicate in detail the material you claim. Add the URL of the video, image, or page you are filing.
3. Attach your contact details like:
- address
- telephone number *
- email address *
- other information to permit us to reach you easily
