Peach van Pletzen was born Pierre-Henri van Pletzen. His father, Pierre van Pletzen, is a South African actor, writer, and director. His father married actress Sandra Vaughn in 1996.
Career
Peach is a skilled musician, music producer, and mixing engineer. He is a member of the music group Bittereinder and Van Pletzen and has worked with many artists.
In 2009, the talented singer went by the name Yesterday’s Pupil while performing at the Afrykemara Festival in Poland. He worked as the senior producer and manager at Sleeproom Studios for eight years (2006-2013).
Peach and Louis Minnaar are the founding members of Planet Awesome. He started working as the senior producer and manager of the sound and music production company in 2014.
At the 2010 FIFA World Cup, he left a groundbreaking performance at the opening ceremony at Orlando Stadium, Soweto.
The musician and his band Bittereinder held a performance in the Netherlands in 2011. He performed before thirty-five thousand people at the Lowlands Festival.
