Zizi Kodwa is a South African Politician and the acting ANC Spokesperson from Johannesburg. He was born on 19 January 1970.
As a politician, he is popularly known as a member of the National Executive Committee of the African National Congress.
In May 2014, Zizi Kodwa occupied the position of the ANC’s new national spokesperson after replacing Jackson Mthembu.

Kodwa was accused of rape on the 14th of February, 2019 by an unidentified woman.
On this day, February 14th, 2019, Ace Magashule, the secretary-general of the ANC told Zizi of the later he received a letter from a lady.
In the letter, the lady accused Zizi of rape and sexual assault and further mentioned that Zizi drugged two (2) other women.
After 24 days, on the 24th of February 2019, he released a statement saying that “it was a dirty tricks campaign”.
Though he sought legal advice, Zizi describes this allegation as “the most grotesque attack on him and his character”.
Furthermore, the self-claimed rape victim claimed she was raped in a private function.
According to her, another man was present during the rape incident. She also said that the man and Zizi used date drugs to unconscious the victim.
On 23 February 2019, ANC deputy secretary-general, Jessie Duarte, verified the rape allegation to the media. According to her, the accused denied all the accusations on him.
She further advised the accused to file a complaint to the police as the matter required investigation.
