How to Apply for UCT Residence
Applicants who are interested in getting accommodation are to indicate on the application form. It is important to note that applying for application is part of your application process.

UCT Application Fees
South African applicants and the Southern African Development Community (SADC) regions are required to pay an application fee of R100.
Applicants from outside the SADC region are to pay an application fee of R300.
How to Submit the Required Documents and Results
All current matric applicants will be required to submit their grade 11 results and also their grade 12 results. Not submitting these results may delay the progress of your application.
In the same manner, transferring students are required to make sure their transcript and academic records to date are submitted to the application department.
A final transcript of your current studies will be required to reach the University of Cape Town at the earliest possible date. After you have submitted your application, you can now check your application status online.
