Vusiwe Ngcobo (born September 26, 1988) is a South African television personality, singer, and lawyer. She is best known for presenting the Open Varsity, Yo-TV, and Harambe.

Ngcobo had tried music with her siblings after they formed the group Amaponi.

Early Life

Vusiwe Ngcobo was born on September 26, 1988, in Johannesburg, the capital of Gauteng, South Africa. She grew up in a music family, her parents are veteran music personalities.

Her parents Bheki Ngcobo and Linah Khama formed the music duo Ihashi Elimhlophe. Her father’s stage name is White horse while her mother’s stage name is Ebony. 

The music duo is among the best in the country. Her sister Ntombi Ngcobo is a television and radio personality. As a presenter, she is behind local hit shows like Come Again and Uyajola 9/9.
