Susan Kihika (born in 1974 in Nakuru County) is a Kenyan lawyer and politician. She is currently serving as the Senator for Nakuru County.
In 2017, she occupied the position after being elected into the post. Susan served as the ‘first female speaker’ of the Nakuru County Assembly before her current position.
She is also serving as the president of the IPU Bureau of Women Parliamentarians.

She obtained a Juris Doctor Degree from the Law School of Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas.
She was later admitted to the Texas Bar upon passing the required exams.
After she graduated from Law school, Susan started to work in the public service,
She quit the public service work to stat ‘The Kihika Law Firm in Dallas, Texas.
After spending twenty consecutive years in the U.S. Susan left for her native Kenya in 2012.
Susan contested for the Bahati Constituency parliamentary seat in 2013, but she lost.
