Sibusiso Sipelele Madondo was born in December 1983 in Meadowland, a suburb of Soweto, Gauteng Province, South Africa. He hails from a respected and influential family.

In 2012, he made another appearance on TV in the series finale of Boo & TT, an Mzansi Magic comedy crime caper.

He was also cast as Eugene Moeketsi in the e.tv soap opera Rhythm City. He also appeared in season one of the soap opera aired on Mzansi Magic Isibaya.

In season one of Gold Diggers, which premiered in August 2015. He played the recurring role of Williams in the e.tv telenovela. In the following year, he landed a guest-starring role in The Alliance.

He appeared in the e.tv action drama series as a mortuary assistant. In the same year, he played a recurring role as Akani in Thola, an SABC2 thriller.

Still, in 2016, he was cast as a warder (a guest role) in season 2, episode 2 of the SABC2 Sotho drama series Mamello. In the Mzansi Magic telenovela Isithembiso, Sibusiso was cast as Abednego.
