Robert Marawa (born 1 March 1973 in Vryheid, Kwa-Zulu Natal) is a South African sports journalist, radio presenter, and TV personality.
He worked as a reporter on SuperSport and as 083 Sports @6 host on Metro FM.

Vanessa Marawa, his sister, is a popular personality in South Africa. She participated in the Survivor South Africa: Panama where she emerged the winner.
He once dated Zoey Mthiyane a famous actress an actress and singer. She is popular for portraying the role of Katherine in “She Is The King”.
But the couple did not get a happy ending after all but they had a child from their relationship. Their son was born on 18 July 2011 and his name is Awande.
Upon breaking up with Zoey, he found love in another woman and got into an affair with her. He and Pearl Thusi, an actress, businesswoman, and model dated for a while until Pearl was seen wearing an engagement.
The relationship did not get a happy ever after, Robert shocked followers and fans after he took their breakup to social media.
He is a father of Awande who he had together with his ex Zoe Mthiyane in July 2011. Though Zoe accused him of neglecting their son and refusing to pay the child’s maintenance.
Upon graduating from university, she got a job as a presenter. In 1996, he got his first job in SABC1 and worked there for two years.
Later he became an anchor in Laduma, a live soccer show. With time, he became a football highlight host in the show Soccerzone which airs on Mondays on the SABC1 channel.
He also is the host of a Discovery Sports Center which airs every weekdays 18h00 on Metro FM, a SABC radio station.
Robert was a host on the SABC2 boxing show Blow by Blow, a boxing show by SABC2.
He left South Africa for Germany where he was the host of the FIFA World Cup, the same year he hosted the People’s Celebration Concern.
Robert left SABC TV for SuperSport but retained his show on Metro FM.
On SuperSport 4, he is the host of the Thursday Night Live with Robert Marawa.
