Kayise Ngqula (born 13 May 1991 in East London) is a popular South African television personality. The show that brought her to the knowledge of many television viewers is Our Perfect Wedding.
She also made headlines lately for losing her husband to a fatal accident. After being involved in the unfortunate event, he fought for his life in the ICU but he passed on 19 June 2019.
She is a familiar face on the screen with television viewers, gaining popularity for being the host on OPW. She is also a presenter and actress.

The popular OPW show host Kayise Ngqula was born on May 13, 1991, and her place of birth is in East London, South Africa. Kayise Ngqula (30) is the oldest child of her parents being the eldest of three children.
Relocating to Pretoria when she was ten may have played a role in shaping her into who she is today. She attended Glen High School, Pretoria, and had her graduation in 2008.
Kicking off her acting career, Kayise landed her debut role in Mina Nawe. On the SAC1 television series, she was cast as Portia.
She then landed another role on-screen on It’s Complicated. She played a guest role as a journalist in the Mzansi Magic show.
Later, she became the host of the Mzansi Magic show Our Perfect Wedding. After spending ten weeks presenting on the show, she left the role for Nomsa Buthelezi.
Leaving the show got many viewers and fans surprised on whether she was fired from the show.
She landed a recurring guest role as Zandile’s sister in Skeem Saam. Kayise made an appearance in the SABC1 soap opera in Season 8, Episode 61.
On the 1Magic drama series, iThemba, she was cast as a sister wife. She made her debut appearance in the series on October 5, 2019.
In the following year, she appeared on the screen playing a recurring role in Housekeepers. Making her debut appearance on the Season 2 premiere, she was cast as Beauty on the Mzansi Magic drama series.
She appeared on the SABC1 miniseries Amazing Grace as Sister Palesa. She made her debut on the series on December 1, 2020.
Kayise was also a host on Bring Back My Smile a Moja Love reality show that premiered in December 2020.
Landing another recurring role on the BET Africa telenovela Isono, she was cast as Nelisiwe. She made her debut on the series on January 19, 2021.
The popular television personality was married to the man she loved. Kayise Ngqula got married to Farai Sibanda and they exchanged their marriage vows in August 2018.
They cemented their union in a traditional wedding ceremony as she says “I do”. A few months into their union was blessed and the couple welcomed a baby boy.
As the popular saying goes, this life is not balanced, while they were enjoying their new marriage tragedy struck. Barely a year after they became a married couple reality set them apart.
In the early hours of June 16, 2019, the couple was on a journey to Sandton. They were involved in an accident which crashed their vehicle injuring two.
Her husband who was on the steering sustained critical injuries from the incident and was hurried to ICU.
There he was observed but fate intervened in the end. She lost her husband to the unfortunate incident on Saturday night. Though she was also involved in the accident, she was in stable condition.
