Katlego Danke (born 7 November 1987; North West in South Africa) is a Disk Jockey (DJ) and actress. She stepped into the world of fame after portraying Dineo Mashaba in the soapie ‘Generations’.
She has also received votes as one of FHM’s 100 sexiest women in the world.
Katlego studied at the University of Cape Town where she graduated with a BA degree in Theatre and Performance.

Her acting passion dates back to her childhood days and she began her professional acting career in 1998.

Katlego has also made notable television and film appearance. In 2001 she played as cameo n the sitcom SOS. The following year, she also appeared in the film Eine Liebe in Afrika.
She has attractively appeared on the cover of many magazines like Real Drum, Soul, Bona, and True Love.
She worked with notable publications in the entertainment industries including Destiny Magazine and The Oprah Magazine.
Katlego was voted among the FHM’s 100 sexiest women in the world in 2006 and 2011. She was also voted among the Sowetan’s 12 Sexiest Women in South Africa (2008).
She has also provided vocal expression to many adverts. In 2015, Katlego landed the contract of brand ambassador to the Philip Avent, an international product brand.
As a motivational speaker, she has given motivational speeches to the youth on behalf of many organisations. She has talked for the Sonke Gender Justice Network, the ANC Women’s League, The National Department of Health, and The World Bank.

Katlego shared a series of selfies in a lengthy post in which she tried to tell fans how she struggled with self-love,
“Today I’m reminded to love myself. I #flashback to a time I didn’t even want to see or take a single photograph of myself. I have a gap in my childhood of no pictures because I didn’t like seeing my image,” read the caption.
“#flashback to moving into a house without a single mirror in it because I didn’t want to see my own image even when getting dressed in the morning. Thank God for giving me the career I have because through it I’ve had to learn to embrace myself. And really scrutinize myself” she continued.
“And eventually love all of what I come with- good and bad. And today I’m a firm believer in traveling the journey to ultimate fulfillment in life through self-love. Happy Self-Love Journey everyone.”
