She was born in a family of eight children, four boys, and four girls. She is the second born child and has seven siblings. Her family is a God-fearing one.

Eunice grew up in Nanyuki, a Market town in Laikipia County of Kenya.


At the age of six (6), life was no longer filled with roses rather thorns after her dad was retrenched. Her father was working at the Nanyuki branch of a large retail bank.

As if that was not enough, her mother was ‘laid off’ from the NGO she was serving as a manager.

Her parents had to transfer to a cheaper school in mid-1989, at the time she was in Standard Three.


She admired singer and songwriter Mariah Carey, singer and actress, Whitney Houston, and the late Angela Chibalonza.

She often imitated them as she records herself singing on the family’s radio cassette recorder.

Three years after she finished high school, she was actively involved in the music department of her church, Gospel Outreach, Nanyuki.

In 2004, she attended The Parachute Band worship concert at The Carnivore restaurant in Nairobi.

She relocated from Nanyuki to Nairobi upon attending the concert. She lives with an Aunt in Kangemi, she began to attend The Harvest Centre Church.

Eunice had her first recording music experience in a studio while she sang back-up for the church’s debt album, Sifa Zote released in 2015.

She opened up on her 24-hour marriage to gospel rapper, she claims that a medical condition forced her to get married in a hurry.

On 19 September 2016, they announced their engagement on Instagram. After two months they shared invitations to friends and family.

Their wedding was on the 27th of November at Neema Gospel Church in Texas where Izzo’s family lives.

The marriage ended in barely 24 hours after their wedding. After a few months, she announced on Instagram what led to the end of the marriage.
