Anele Mdoda (born 19 May 1984 in Mthatha, Eastern Cape) is a South African radio Disk Jockey, popularly abbreviated as DJ. She is famous and knows by many for her on-air partnership with Grant Nash.

The radio station Jo’burg radio station Highveld FM hired her in 2007. She suggested Nash co-host and they both are doing great hosting weekday evening show for a year.
The national broadcaster 5FM poached the pair in 2008. In September 2008, Alex Jay, a South African radio legend, rated her as “the hottest thing on local radio” in an interview.
She co-hosted the SABC2 reality competition SA’s Got Talent with Rob van Vuuren (2009-2010).
Anele was among the judges of the 2012 Miss South Africa pageant.
Still in 2012, “she was announced as one of the three judges for the Mzansi Magic reality competition Clash of the Choirs South Africa”. The competition aired in 2013.
She also hosted the M-Net docu-reality series Dream School SA in 2013. The following year, 2014, she once more judged for Miss South Africa.
She started co-presenting the SABC3 talk show “Tongue in Cheek” in 2013. After three (3) years, she started to host the SABC3 daytime talk show, Real Talk.
In 2012, Anele received the MTN Radio Award for Best Daytime Show.

Anele had a son with her ex-boyfriend, Thandile, on 10 August 2015. The name of her son is Alakhe-Ilizwe, who is currently 4 years old.
